Learning New Construction - The Beginning

As a third-generation building contractor, Richard (Rich) Roberge inherited his grandfather's legacy of real estate development in Natick, Massachusetts, where he repaired and renovated old houses. Rich began his career as a finish carpenter at age 14, doing sheetrock and remodeling work in Massachusetts. He acquired the skills and secrets of the trade from expert builders and craftsmen who valued quality, detail, and productivity in their use of the best materials.

From Apprentice to Building Contractor

At age 16, Rich started framing custom homes and mastering the fundamentals of house construction. Two years later, he founded his own company and managed several teams of more than 20 workers. His teams took on projects such as high-rise buildings, Florida beach homes, and multi-million-dollar refurbishments on Marlboro St. in Boston. They also completed the impressive task of constructing 28 condos, from digging and laying the foundations to adding the final touches and details.

A Maine Finish Carpenter With Passion

Rich mastered many trades, from groundwork, to framing, to finish, but he developed a love for remodeling homes and camp transformations into dream spaces.  He also mastered the art of renewing kitchens and bathrooms, as there was a high demand for his precise and meticulous work from upscale customers.
